These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites and web applications operated by Desiato's Recipes ("Desiato's Recipes," "we," "us," or "our"), including Easy Dinner Recipes, Healthy Recipes, Dessert Recipes, and Air Fryer Recipes (together, the "Apps"). By accessing or using our Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Desiato's Recipes is a Brazilian company (CNPJ 68.816.239/0001-78) that develops simple, practical web apps focused on recipes and cooking content, hosted at desiatosrecipes.site.

2. Description of the service

Our Apps provide recipe content, cooking instructions, and related information to help users discover, explore, and prepare meals and desserts. Content is provided for informational and personal use.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use our Apps. If an account is required for a given App, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell, or redistribute our recipe content without permission.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any App.
• Do not use the Apps for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

5. Payments

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software associated with the Apps, other than user-submitted content (if any), are owned by Desiato's Recipes or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

Recipes and cooking information are provided "as is" for general guidance. We do not guarantee specific results, and you are responsible for using safe food-handling and cooking practices, including checking for allergens and following appliance manufacturer safety instructions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desiato's Recipes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
